how to set standard mass flow rate and vacuum value correctly in fluids

Hi, Assuming the outlet of a pipe is connected to a vacuum pump, it is vacuumed to Pabs=10 torr and the inlet is 10SLPM. Can you please show me how to set up the conditions in COMSOL, using laminar flow? For vacuum, is it 10[torr] or (760-10)[torr]? Thanks.
