How Apply A Sinusoidal Voltage?

I'm using plasma(ICP interface, plasma+AC/DC), frequency transient domain.

I want to add a RF sinusoidal voltage, how should I do.

Hi,

There is a similar example file here:

https://www.comsol.com/model/download/825531/models.rf.coaxial_cable_circuit.pdf

While the example uses the RF module the setup should be very close for the sine source in ACDC.
