Hello i am trying to make a module on COMSOL, to study the effect of electropulsing alpha, beta, and the interface of titanium alloy "Ti-6Al-4V" but i'm a bit clueless on how to design it since i am sill a beginner can someone recommend me a video explaining my problem or a research paper, and thanks.

This sounds like a challenging modeling task to me, since it involves phase transitions. You'll have to capture all the appropriate non-linear physics if you want to have a comprehensive model. As a beginner, you might want to get accustomed to using Comsol Multiphysics by doing much simpler problems first, exploring things such as modeling electric current flow, heating, etc. Anyway, here's some links to papers that I found doing a simple search on the internet. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1003632611616208 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5848882/ https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1003632614631563
