capacitor simulation - spacial mesh displacement error

I am trying to simulate a parallel plate capacity that deforms when pressure is applied but I am not able to run the simulation. The following error appears: I am using the electromechanics package
Failed to find a solution for all parameters, even when using the minimum parameter step. In Spatial mesh displacement: Segregated iteration leads to undefined function value. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.
How should I solve this? File is attached
