COMSOL Issue

I am simulating a (optoelectronics) solar cell in COMSOL and I am getting an Current density-Voltage (J-V) charatersitics but i have an issue that the curve is not crossing the voltage. so i can decide what the maximum voltage drawn from the solar cell (0,V_oc). As shown in the figure below.

Does anyone knows how can I solve it?
