Eigenfrequency change of air column with different temperatures at different locations

I am trying to observe the change in Eigenfrequencies of air domain inside a hollow pipe due to effect of temperature. First i did a eigenfrequency analysis of air column inside a hollow cylinder at ambient conditons and monitored the frequencies, Now i want to fix the various regions of air column with certain temperatures and observe the frequencies, Please suggest some steps to proceed for the mentioned problem.
