Different temperature profile if I break up a domain into three domains with the same material

This happened when I was doing a electromagnetic heating solution. When I divide one domain of a metal into three domains, still all with the same material, the result is totally different... I am suspecting there is something wrong with the boundaries between these new domains. I was wondering what else should I set in the heat transfer module?
