what is the default static contact angle if 'no-slip' BC for wall is chosen in phase-field model in comsol?

I have set the wall condition to 'wetting wall' because I am not getting droplets in a t-junction oil/water flow & for droplet formation its important for continuous phase liquid to wet wall preferentially. But, now I am getting convergence error which I did not get when 'no slip' option was chosen. So, I had like to know the difference b/w the two options?
