Modeling electrochemistry system without electrochemistry module in Comsol

I am working on electrochemistry stuff but I am using the Comsol without electrochemistry module. How can I put equation to calculate impedance for my model based on various frequency. Also, how can I declare the effects of double layer capacitance, mass transport, and some relevant things. Thank you very much
