Moving diffusion point source

Hi All,

I'm trying to sort of copy the tutorial on moving heat source but with some changes.
1. Its a 2D convection/diffusion domain
2. I'm using a poisson equation to describe geometry two to have a point source

my point source has to move in my 2D domain.

I've followed the moving heat source tutorial and I just have the problem of defining the weak term to couple my point source onto the 2D domain.

Anyone has a clue to how to help me with this?
