How to add 2D image from MATLAB to COMSOL as a geometry?

Hi all,

I have an 2D image with a size of 512x512. It's a section image from a CT image as DICOM. I converted it to .mat file by using dicomread() function in MATLAB. After that i want to import it as a geometry to a 2D empty model in COMSOL. Is there any method to do it?

BTW i solved the problem by converting DICOM file to .DXF to add as geometry. But I wonder can i convert 2D image .mat file to stl or another format suitable for importing to Comsol geometry?
