Meshing and Boundary conditions in U tube borehole heat exchanger

Hii, I am working on Comsol 4.0 on U-tube borehole heat exchanger with pipe length of 10 meters, diameter 10 cm and thickness 3 mm. I am able to do meshing of water inside the pipe but found problems in meshing of pipe. Meshing of pipe takes a lot of time and at end gives an error message-> ftet.

Please help me in doing meshing of the model.

Also, my goal is to find outlet temperature (time dependent) for a fixed inlet temperature (with ground temperature not fixed)for this underground heat exchanger, please help me choosing appropraite boundary conditions.
