solution does not converge

hello everyone,

I am solving the magnetic field of a core in the water.When the current is dc, I get the result, however when I set the frequency to 500 Hz, my solution does not converge. Maybe mesh is not ok but I cant figure out the trouble. I have attached my model. I will be glad if I get any help
