Squeeze film problem

Hi,
I need help regarding MEMS Squueze film problems. The problem has electrostatics(A.C) , squeeze film, flexible structure. I am very new with the software. Can I get a tutorial or solved example for such or similar problem.

Hi,

Squeeze film damping effects on the response of accelerometer is demonstrated in Model library --> MEMS module--> Sensors--> squeeze_film_accelerometer in COMSOL 4.0a.
