RF coil tutorial,S parameter

I've tried RF coil tutorial and from the tutorial, I notice that the S parameter goes in positive value, From my knowledge, the S parameter should be in negtive value as it represents the return loss.
Why the S parameter in positive value in the tutorial?
Anyone can help me?
