How to export the specified eigenmode deformed shape (specified scaling factor), and use it for another eigenfrequency analysis?

Currently I am working on a optomechanical interaction problem, basically I need to calculate eigenfrequency and eigenmode of a certain structure for elastic wave, and export the deformed structure of certain eigenmode and certain phase, then use it for another eigenfrequency analysis of electromagnetic wave.
However, I cannot find a way to export the deformed structure shape with certain eigenmode and phase, I tried to use the remesh deformed configuration, however, it somehow requires to include the geometry nonlinearity option, which seems only work for stationary study and not for eigenfrequency analysis.
Anyone has idea regarding this issue? Help really appreciated.
