COMSOL with Matlab: Problem with solid and face numbering

Hi,
We are working with Comsol 4.1 and "Comsol 4.1 with Matlab" function. We are trying to model a piezoelectric by typing a Matlab code in order to make the process more adaptable to variables changes.
Our complete structure is made of many solid parts (including the piezoelectric and its housing).
We create piezoelectric’ geometry and each layer is numbered from 1 to 100 (depending of the total number of layers).
Then we create the housing geometry (made of 4 blocks and placed on the top and bottom of the previously created piezoelectric).
When we try to mesh, or just select the last created blocks (in principle numbered from 101 to 104) an error message appears when typing “model.material(‘mat3’).selection.set([91 92]): Illegal imput vector
We execute the Matlab code. And check on Comsol we can see that last created blocks are numbered from 1 to 4 and the last layers are numbered from 101 to 104. We can’t select any part and any new part created after the piezo.
How can we do to associate the last created element to the last number?
Best regards,
Alex & Erwan.
