in which version ? in anycase check the doc (do an indexed search) and use the lumped ports, the work is then mostly done by COMSOL

I use COMSOL ver.4.0 to simulate microelectrode's impedance.
I am Japanese,so I am poor at English.
Could you tell me the meaning of [anycae] and[lumped ports] in easy expression?

sorry I was typing too quickly I have corrected the typo.
If you are using 4.0, then find out how to get 4.1 and update it with latest patch (main web site "updates") as there are several errors or complications in it's use This is much easier in 4.1 and the doc is also better

Thank you for your reply. So you mean it is difficult to simulate diffusion impedance of microelectrode?
In Version4.0, I found [Surface integration]comand in Derived Values Comand. I think it comand can display the flux on the electrode surface. Use this value I thnk I can calculate impedance use fourier expression.
How do you think this plan?

I do not say it's difficult, it is just that depending on how you set up the model, you must either write out the formulas, and the integrations, yourself fully (as you are saying) or often if you can use the lumped "port" BC you have most impedance calculation already prepared.
The best way to learn is do go through several of the examples in the model library:
for that use rather >= v4.1 (far more models available)
1) printout the pdf
2) follow the steps of the pdf,
3) then compare to the model itself already prepared that you also find side-by side with the pdf
