I have a question about this model.
This model is 1-dimension. However, the unit of current density is mA/cm2. I don't know how I can understand this current density. Also, how do I assume the surface area of the electrode?
In addition, if we assume there are two different thicknesses of carbon electrodes. do we need to assume the current density in the thin carbon electrode (~10 micron) and the current density in the thick carbon electrode (~100 micron) the same? Are the value of current density is the normalized value based on thickness of electrode?
Thank you,
