phase change simulation

Interested in change phase, I would like to set a simulation to understand the multiphysics phenomena of heat storage in a shell and tube tank between hot water as the heat transfer fluid and a PCM ( phase change material) using COMSOL. The purpose is to describe three zones:
- The PCM (Phase Change Material) to follow the progress of the phase change;
- Water;
- The wall between the PCM and twater.
I would like you to guide me to acheive this simulation.
