time step in heat transfer

Dear all,
I am trying to build model in conjugate heat transfer plus joule heating.

My source is pulse train with frequency 3Hz and pulse width 1 microsecond.
I need to take very small time step inside the pulse (approx. 0.1 e-6) but outside the pulse I need to increase the time step (o.25 s) and I want to run up to 30 sec.

Actually I don't know how to apply different time steps in the same simulation .

can any one help me in this problem.

Thank you in advance.
