the water temperature will be rising

My model that is heating water boiling by a stove, I have to show the stove heating condition. so I do it by The Heat Transfer in Solids and Heat Transfer with Phase Change ,but the result shows that is the water temperature will be rising. I hope you can give me some suggestions. thank you.
