Heat flux continuity at interfaces not satisfied in PDE module?

I am trying to simulate bioheat transfer using Coefficient form PDE module and match its results with the bioheat transfer module.
Does anyone know how to enforce continuity of heat flux at domain interfaces in Coefficient form PDE module ? COMSOL does not assumes it on its own. I verified this by calculating the heat flux continuity manually on the temperature distributions. Attached are the models for reference. Any inputs are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
