How can I make the following pattern on the rim of a hollow crucible?

I want to 3D Print a structure using COMSOL's stl conversion facility.

I had a pattern of a diaphragm that I want to replicate on the rim of a cylinder/ crucible.

The pattern of the diaphragm is attached here.
