Need values for GaN, GaAs, GaP and GaSb (in Semiconductor Modeling)

I would like to help me get the following values to input for my simulations

They are Electron and hole alpha exponent, velocity saturation exponent, alpha coefficients for the following materials GaN, GaAs, GaP, GaSb.
