Convergence issues in frequency-transient model

I am simulating heat generated in a nanostructure due to dipolar source at a specific distance from the structure. The model actually converges with the stationary solver but fails to converge when I solve it using " frequency - transient" solver. Segregated step 1 is not getting converged. Is there an issue related to BCs or anything else. Please let me know.
