Heat transfer by radiation in tubular furnace

Hi, I was working on tubular furnace model which is to be used to heat quartz tube. I was using surface-to-surface radiation interface, but I was continuously getting following error-
"Failed to find a solution.
The relative residual (15) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1)"
I was not able to figure it out how to fix this type of error.
it will be very helpful if someone can suggest how to simulate this kind of model. If someone has already worked on similar kind of problem then that will be beneficial for me to resolve my issue.
