Vibration Based piezoelectric Energy Harvester

I want to know how to give vibrational input in cantilever beam model also I want to know how to decide d33 or d31 mode of piezoelectric material. I try to run following model "Simulation of a New PZT Energy Harvester with a Lower Resonance Frequency Using COMSOL Multiphysics®" by H. Elbahr,*, T. A. Ali, A. Badawi, and S. Sedky which is attached below.
