Surface Integration withing a definite area

Hello,
I am new in Comsol and trying to calculate the total magnetic flux within a certain area. That area is a portion of a larger plane, but I am willing to find the value within that area only. Whenever I am using a cut plane, the whole area is getting selected. How can I choose only that area.
