Plotting Admittance of Piezoelectric Structure

I am working on a piezoelectric model using a frequency domain and eigenfrequency study. I would like to plot Modulus of Y [mS] vs Frequency and Phase of Y [deg] vs frequency to see the admittance and impedance of the model, but I don't really know where to begin. I have attached the model I am working on, along with an example of the type of plot I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
