Effective permittivity of coplanar waveguide

Hi,

I'm new to Comsol, so I guess a quite simple question:

I'm planning/hoping to use Comsol to calculate the effective permittivity of a 2D coplanar waveguide structure. In my (attached) model I made it through the Geometry and Material "section", but how should I continue?
