Initial Values in Fluid-Structure interaction

I have a 3D water-filled hollow aluminum spherical shell.

A tiny cylinder was "welded" to the outside and a constant face load was applied to it.

I applied a frequency response analysis which multiplied the load by a cosine function of certain frequency.

Results reveal in the plot a maximum water pressure of about 1 Pa. This value is not effected by doubling initial water pressure.

This can't be right and I'm not sure where to go from here.
