Can any one help me regarding the Designing of the SAW Resonators ( Procedure and how to build the Geometry of Resonators)

You can do a search in the knowledge base with the search term 'saw'. It provides a couple of examples in the model gallery you can start with.

Iam Unable to find the solution for SAW Resonator in the "Knowledge base".Can you please suggest me what is the name of the site that i should have to refer....

If you had followed my advice you would have found this: www.comsol.com/search/?s=saw&subset=model_gallery

The top 2 hits are about SAW devices.
