Eigenfrequency Analysis under electrostatic voltage

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi, I'm trying to do Eigenfrequancy Analysis of a fully clamped plate under application of DC voltage. I have added electromechanics as physics and in the study I have added nodes in the sequence (i) parameter sweep for DC voltage (ii) Stationary (iii) Eigenfrequency.

after study while I see results for mode shapes; mode shape for higher voltage sound adequate but mode shape at zero voltage show absurd (very big) displacements.

Please why help me identify why is it so. At zero voltage mode shape should be like the one I get doing a Eigenfrequency analysis without coupling with electrostatic.
