Defining new Stress tensor in Navier-Stokes equations

I was wondering how should I define new stress tensor for N-S equations? I am working with Liquid Crystals (LCs) and I'd like to solve its flow motion with COMSOL, the problem is LCs has different form of stress tensor and I want to plug in the new one in N-S equations.
