Overestimation of light collection from optical dipole

A dipole emitter is located within a slab of dielectric material (diamond). The emitted light (lambda=532nm) goes through a diamond-air interface and is finally collected by a microscope objective. For simplicity, the objective is not simulated. Instead, it is considered that all the light within the cone defined by the numerical aperture of the objective is captured. (See figure attached). PMLs with 1.5*lambda thickness are defined all around the domain.

Running a 2D simulation and performing a line integral along the collection region, enables one to calculate the collection effeciency, ratio between collected and total power. The simulated value of efficiency was 10.2%, for a numerical aperture of 0.9. This is in contradiction with the theoretical value of ~4%.

Does anyone have an idea why I reached this overestimation?
