livelink to solidworks

Whenever I try to go to Geometry>Livelink for solidworks>synchronise it displays the message cannot connect as solidworks is not running, eventhough my solidworks is on and desired file is open on solidworks. I do not understand why this is happening

I think you need to try at some other time, since the seat for this module is usually limited per College. Otherwise, probably you need to reinstall the SolidWorks or COMSOL.
