error using parametric sweep of COMSOL4.4

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
i am trying to simulate the weld pool procedure of laser welding, but some error happened when the model is computing. boundary temperature of domain is set as Tref+DeltaT, and “parametric” (auxiliary sweep) in the solver is used, DeltaT :1e2 1e3 2700 [K].

However, error happened when the DeltaT is 1.4e3 [K], and error message is "Failed to find a solution for all parameters, even when using the minimum parameter step.Segregated iteration leads to undefined function value.Returned solution is not converged."

Could u help me to solve this problem?
Thank u for your help.
