I am trying to model a LIQUID droplet falling through a FLUID and calculate it's residence time.
The radius is varying with some equations and also the velocity of the droplet.
I am building my work on basis of the Falling sand grain model. It will be useful if anyone can point out how to perform this.
Also, If there is a mass exchange from droplet to the fluid and the droplet's diameter is is also a function of this how to incorporate this, i.e. which model to use.
Any leads (models or papers) in this regards will be appreciated.
