Running Mathematical Particle Tracing in batch mode

I have a 4.4 model with mathematical particle tracing module. It works perfectly running on my computer and generates a "Particle" data set in the solution. However when I run the model in batch mode on cluster it fails to generate this data set, which prevents me from doing post processing. I checked the log file generated it shows each step of the tracing module and the output file from batch mode has same size as that from my own computer. What is the possible reason for that? Thanks
