Overlaying Monte Carlo Data

I am using Comsol to simulate heating from a hot radioactive source.

Having simulated the heat flow from the heating, I now need to input monte carlo data to simulate the heat flow from the ionising radiation. Is this possible? If so what is the best way of doing it?
