Defining extra solving constraints

Hi,
I’m trying to model an electrode recording the electrical potential generated within a complex medium.
“Unfortunately” the exposed metallic part of my electrode (a small metallic disk) has a really small thickness compared to the rest of the dimension of the model. This makes it quite difficult to properly mesh the electrode. And this super heavy mesh makes the computing super long…
My idea would have been to approximate the metallic disk with a constraint that would stipulate that this surface has to be isopotential.
Does somebody know a way to do this?
Or does anybody have a better idea of how to make the whole solving faster? (I have to run simulation for a lot of different parameters)
