Mesh Refining problem with time dependent solver

Here is a small issue. I am trying to solve a system of PDE, General forms in Comsol 3.5a with time dependent analysis. In the model, number of PDEs to solve at the same time start increasing from 1 to 4 by transferring the solution from previous study to the next with the help of Comsol script. The model only works for a particular values of mesh point. If we try to refine or coarsen the mesh the model doesn’t converge. I have also tried to change the tolerances and didn’t help.
Kindly give some suggestion. Thanks for cooperation in advance.
