inlet = outlet?

I've made a model of a point charge in a sphere. Goal of the model is to let charged particles enter the sphere and accelerate toward the point charge, go through it and toward the other end of the sphere. For this purpose the entire outer sphere is made an inlet. Problem is however that once particles hit the sphere again and disappear, so the inlet also acts as an outlet...
is there a way to make the inlet ONLY an inlet for particles, so that if particles hit it again they dont disappear?
any help would be greatly appreciated!
