Gauss' Law in Electric Current interface

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear Comsolers,

I'm trying to solve an electric field transient problem, where the charge relaxation time is in the same order of considered external time scale hence I'm using Electric Currents interface. However, looking at the equations it seems the Gauss' Law is missing! Is it considered by itself automatically or shall I couple a PDE to the my model?

In the case that its been computed automatically within the interface, how can I prescribe an initial space charge density for it :( ?!

Many thanks.
