Magnetic Thermal Generator

Our company deals in reducing military surplus electronics to re-useable parts.
One device caught my attention as it was moved to the recycle bench.
It is labeled as a Magnetic Thermal Generator model #FS-5000
This was produced by a Fasar Bacun Co of Burbank, CA
I was unable to locate any information on what this device was intended for.
When I opened it, I discovered a circuit that was very different than any I'd seen before.
I would hate to have this device reduced to parts if someone in the community could use it.
I'll set this aside and give it some time. If no-one responds, it goes back to re-cycle.
