Polar coordinate system to evaluate stresses in an axisym. problem

we have a hollow sphere under constant outer pressure which we reduced to an axisymmetric problem in Comsol.
We want to evaluate stress normal and tangential to the surface! So we need a polar coordinate system in the 2D plane (to evaluate sigma_rr and sigma_phi in the wall of the sphere!
How can we add the polar coordinate system in the axisym. problem?
