ODE model did not give a resonable result and time consuming

Recently, I have used the COMSOL ODE to develop a model. But, no matter how I revised the model , I could not obtained a resonable result compared the the result of Matlab ode45 and the calculation was time consuming.

I wonder if the model can be improved and the method to revise it.

The ode equations and results caculated by Matlab and COMSOL was list in a doc which was attached in the attach file with the COMSOL model.
