Why I get so different results?

Dear all,
I am trying to solve a simple model with Comsol to find the Velocity magnitude of laminar air flow in cone ring channel. I set: inlet – Pressure, no viscous stress p0=1[atm] and outlet – Pressure p0=0.
I have two way to find the solution:
1. 3D space dimension, physics controlled mesh, finer element size, Number of degrees of freedom solved for: 206128. Maximum Velocity magnitude is 358.09 m/s.
2. 2D axisymmetric space dimension, physics controlled mesh, extremely fine element size, Number of degrees of freedom solved for: 40434. Maximum Velocity magnitude is 334.5 m/s.

Why I get so different results?

I am using a Stationary, Direct (Pardiso) solver.
Any comments or help is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
