Importing mph files in Mathematica

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

has anyone tried to write an importer for mph files into Mathematica? Perhaps someone can point me to the reference specification of mph files.

I understand that mphtxt files contain the mesh; but if I understand correctly they do not contain the solution data. Or perhaps there is a way to export a mesh and the solution from COMSOL into a file. How would one do that?

Thanks.

Hi,

I am using COMSOL and Mathematica as well. At the moment I only import result files - but maybe I will develop .mph importer at some point as well. Please see:
